Terms & Conditions 

I Certify that I’m owner of this pet, and I grant permission to Bella & Lola Grooming to obtain on my behalf and in my pet’s best interest the veterinary care necessary to treat illness or injury. I agree to pay all veterinary and other necessary services incurred by and for my pet during its stay in this facility.

Liability: If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify our employees from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog is injured in grooming session, in a fight or in any other manner, Client assumes the risk and agrees that the groomer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.

Cancelation policy: Your time is very important, as well as ours. If it is necessary to cancel your grooming appointment, please give a 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. All missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a nonrefundable deposit to schedule your next grooming appointment.

Photo release: Client authorize the use, reproduction, and publishing of photographs without compensation taken by Dog Groomer Academy on any activity that include my image or likeness. I understand that this material may use in various publications and/or websites, for any lawful purpose including publicity, advertising, or journalism. This material may also be cropped, edited, or retouched without my further approval. This authorization is continuing and may only be withdraw by my specific rescission of this authorization. I have read and understand the above.

Claims: Any claim must be made before leaving the Bella and Lola Grooming Salon facilities, and complete the claim submission form and summit a veterinary consultation. Your dog’s safety and comfort are our primary concern. Some products or equipment may cause allergies or reaction, if the dog has any,it must be checked by a veterinarian. Please be advise us of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing medical conditions so we can avoid aggravating these situations. Please let us know of any prior grooming history you or your dog not have found satisfactory.

Policies for grooming: All dogs must be up to date on shots no exceptions, all prices are estimates based on breed, size, skin / coat condition, fleas, ticks, matting / knots etc. and are subject to change, handling fees for difficult/ geriatric dogs starts at $10 and up and.

Reschedule and pick up time: Our hours of operation are 9:00 – 7:00. As a courtesy to others, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Pick up is up to an hour after the groom is finished, we reserve the right to charge $35 for any dogs picked up after 7:15 PM

 

Matted Pet Policy: If our team feels that dematting your pet will cause harm, pain, or prolonged discomfort, or matting is too severe we will not do a dematting process. The humane route is to shave the pet to the length needed to removed all matts / knots. If matts / knots can be removed without causing pain, harm, or prolonged discomfort, we will charge extra $5 and up per 5 minutes. We put safety of your pet above all else. “Humanity before Vanity”
